Taco Tuesdays and nachos for the big game are part of the American landscape. But organic Mexican ingredients are hard to come by, so at Azure, we set out to solve that problem.
Our new source for organic Mexican food is La Preferida, a family-owned business and a major player in the Hispanic foods market since 1949.
La Preferida’s delicious organic salsa is thick, tomato-ey and comes in three varieties; hot, medium and mild. Azure is also introducing their organic sliced jalapeños, organic green chiles, as well as several varieties of beans and chickpeas.
In fact organics is one of La Preferida’s fastest-growing segments. It’s traditional Mexican goodness with an organic spin.
