Ginger People Ginger, Grated, Organic

For 30 years, The Ginger People have dedicated themselves to promoting the virtues of ginger. Family owned-and-operated, The Ginger People is the world’s most award-winning ginger brand and America’s leading supplier of all natural and organic ginger ingredients. While it promotes circulation, and helps with relief from countless maladies, it’s also a culinary spice with incredible flavor.

Today, The Ginger People remains a family-owned-and-operated business offering more than 80 ginger ingredients and finished products. Their Grated Ginger includes crisp slivers of young organic ginger with a thousand uses, including a sprinkle on steamed fish, baked goods or fruit salads.

Grated ginger is the perfect balance of spicy and sweet, livening up any coleslaw, Chinese chicken salad or Asian-style tuna salad. It also adds impressive flavor and texture to any basic marinade or dressing. Serve with steamed, poached or grilled fish. Use in homemade spring rolls, pot stickers or sushi.

Throughout the years, The Ginger People has deepened its commitment (and addiction) to ginger, its purity and its healthful properties. As North America's top-selling ginger brand, The Ginger People proudly manufactures and supplies all-natural and organic ginger products using only the most premium ginger sourced from the premier growing regions around the world.
