Reserve Meats Wagyu Ground Beef comes from cattle humanely raised on US family ranches with genetics and lineage traced back to their great-grandparents from the very best Japanese Tajima bloodlines. There is a Japanese wagyu consultant on staff at many of the ranches. This tender beef is all-natural and minimally processed.
The cattle are grass-fed on fields that have never been sprayed with glyphosate. They eat 100% prairie grass as their only feed until finishing. For marbling purposes, all finishing feed is 70% non-GMO corn with the other 30% consisting of non-GMO brewers grain and non-GMO rice bran.
