Azure Husbandry Peaches, Transitional
Sweet, juicy, and filled with the unmistakable flavor of summer, Azure Husbandry Transitional Peaches are grown with care in our own orchards and harvested during the peak of peach season.
These freestone yellow peaches are Z Lady and O’Henry varieties, both known for their delicious flavor, juicy yellow flesh, and excellent eating quality. Their freestone characteristic means the flesh separates readily from the pit when ripe, making them especially convenient for slicing, eating fresh, and preparing your favorite peach recipes.
Enjoy these peaches fresh out of hand, sliced over yogurt or oatmeal, added to fruit salads, or paired with other seasonal favorites. Their rich peach flavor also makes them an excellent choice for cobblers, crisps, pies, jams, preserves, freezing, and canning.
These peaches are grown on orchard ground that is in transition to certified organic production. While they cannot yet be sold as certified organic, they are grown as part of Azure Husbandry’s ongoing journey toward organic certification and our commitment to thoughtful stewardship of the land.
As with fresh orchard-grown fruit, natural variations in size, shape, color, and appearance may occur. These differences are part of the character of fruit grown and harvested with the natural rhythms of the season.
