Azure Husbandry Santa Rosa Fresh Plums, Transitional
Sweet, juicy, and beautifully vibrant, Azure Husbandry Santa Rosa plums are a delicious taste of the summer orchard. Known for their gorgeous red color and wonderfully sweet, juicy flesh, Santa Rosa plums are a flavorful favorite for enjoying fresh from the tree.
Santa Rosa plums offer a rich, classic plum flavor with a delicious balance of natural sweetness and a touch of bright tartness. Their succulent flesh makes them especially satisfying for fresh eating, while their full flavor also lends itself beautifully to a variety of recipes.
Enjoy these plums straight out of hand, slice them over yogurt or oatmeal, add them to fresh fruit and summer salads, or pair them with cheese. They are also wonderful for baking, sauces, jams, preserves, drying, and other recipes that capture the fresh flavor of plum season.
These Santa Rosa plums are grown in Azure Husbandry’s orchards on land that is in transition to certified organic production. While they cannot yet be sold as certified organic, they are part of our ongoing journey toward organic certification and our commitment to thoughtful stewardship of the land.
As with naturally grown orchard fruit, variations in size, shape, color, and appearance can occur. These differences are simply part of the character of fresh fruit grown and harvested with the rhythms of the season.
From Azure Husbandry’s orchards to your table, these sweet red Santa Rosa plums offer a juicy, flavorful way to enjoy the abundance of the seasonal harvest while supporting farmland transitioning toward organic production.
Sweet. Juicy. Vibrantly red. Grown with purpose.
