Azure Husbandry Costata Romanesco Zucchini Seed, Organic

Price range: $3.75 through $10.50 — available on subscription

55-60 days. Heirloom. These are famous for a slightly nutty flavor and exceptional texture. They have a medium gray-green, tender skin with light green flecks and scalloped ribs. The plants also produce large, edible flowers that are great sautéed, added to soups, or stuffed. We won’t grow any other variety after trying this one! They don’t produce as heavily as common hybrids, but the flavor and texture make up the difference!
