Bair farm was certified Organic by Oregon Tilth.  Bair Organic is located in the Klamath Basin of south central Oregon, nestled between Crater Lake and Mt.Shasta at an  elevation of 4,099 feet.  The climate provides ideal conditions for growing garlic for your gardening or eating pleasure.

The garlic seed is hand selected for planting in October, taking root and wintering under a blanket of snow and harvested in early July.  They grow many varieties of hardneck and softneck garlic on about an acre.  Their planting beds are moved to new ground every season to reduce the risk of disease and nutrient depletion.

All Bair garlic is hand planted, weeded, tended, harvested, cleaned and prepared for market completely by hand.

This Seed Garlic is available annually between September through December – once the supply is gone it is not available until the next year at the same time~

Note: We do our best to ship quality produce to Alaska and Hawaii, but due to unknown conditions at the barge lines, we cannot guarantee the quality on arrival.
