Enjoy these crackers, which are 100% organic and feature a warm, sourdough flavor and a unique crispiness, crafted with roasted garlic, spicy red chile, and sweet onion, with no added sugar.
European Wheat: These delectable crackers have a toasty, sourdough flavor with a unique crunch. They're baked in bread ovens using organic Mediterranean extra virgin olive oil and select einkorn strains from family-run regenerative farms in Spain and Bulgaria.
Never Hybridized: The einkorn wheat in these crackers has stayed the same for 14,000+ years, remaining pure, non-GMO, and free from hybridization with other wheat types or grasses. It contains only "A" gluten genomes, predating modern gluten concerns by many millennia.
Easily Digestible: Made with 18-hour baker-fermented sourdough, these whole-grain crackers are gentle on the gut, nutrient-rich, and pesticide-free, thanks to einkorn's natural defenses. With high fiber and low starch, they promote healthy digestion and balanced inflammation.

The grain that started it all…
About 12,000 years ago, Mesopotamian hunter-gatherers made an incredible leap. They invented farming…and the first wheat they grew? Revival Einkorn. Those first farmers stumbled onto something big. Nutritionally dense and easy-to-digest, einkorn sparked the age of innovation, expansion and exploration. We think that's pretty inspiring, and it's why our products are adorned with the Matriarch of Einkorn. She symbolizes our humble dedication to turning back the clock and reviving a love of this ancient grain.
Welcome to the Revival.
