We make a few different types of cheddar – some are sharp, some are mild, some are raw. But at Organic Valley, all our cheddar cheese comes from pasture-raised cows, and it's always loaded with the rich, delicious flavor of cheese made the right way.
We age our Raw Mild Cheddar for a shorter period of time than our Raw Sharp Cheddar, so it has a little less of the tanginess that's associated with the aging process. But Raw Mild Cheddar is still vegetarian-friendly, made with the same pasture-raised cows' milk, and produced in small batches by our cheesemakers.
MRNA Vaccine Statement: To the best of our understanding, there currently is no mRNA technology commercially available for use on cattle at this time in the United States. Accordingly, to the best of our knowledge, none of our cooperative's member farms have used any mRNA vaccines within their milk producing livestock.
