Monterey Jack Cheese melts beautifully, which is why chefs love it in quesadillas and grilled cheese sandwhiches. We use organic milk, vegetarian enzymes and just a pinch of salt to pack tons of flavor and 7 grams of protein into each serving of our Monterey Jack Cheese.
We use raw milk for this gluten-free, vegetarian-friendly cheese, and we age each block for atleast 60 days to let the flavors develop. We work to preserve the mild, creamy flavor or organic, pasture-raised milk from small family farms.
MRNA Vaccine Statement: To the best of our understanding, there currently is no mRNA technology commercially available for use on cattle at this time in the United States. Accordingly, to the best of our knowledge, none of our cooperative's member farms have used any mRNA vaccines within their milk producing livestock.
