Quite simply, A2 dairy can help avoid stomach cramping, bloating, indigestion, and skin irritation. But to dig deeper – at one point, all mammals’ milk was A2 or A2/A2 dairy, which is why it’s known as the OG dairy or heirloom dairy. However, over time, a mutation caused many cows to start producing A1/A2 milk instead, which may be why it’s so hard for many people to digest it today.
