Fun shapes of unique einkorn pasta! Curvy mac is longer and, well, more curvy than regular mac!
Einkorn pasta has a sweet, slightly nutty flavor that is perfect for pasta. Its texture is just right, not grainy! Compared to semolina, it is higher in protein, and more easily digested—many people with gluten sensitivity find they are able to eat einkorn. Einkorn is an heirloom wheat that hasn’t been hybridized.
Made in an allergen free facility using low temp drying methods. The shapes are extruded through bronze dies to create a rough texture that
clings to your sauce.
