"The cherry pepper we grow is called Time Bomb it is a green to red variety that grow 1.5 inches in diameter. Time Bomb produces red, hot cherry peppers with a light smoky flavor. Producing fruit with about 1,000 Scoville units, Time Bomb has a light heat. These are great pickled, processed, chopped into salsas, and stuffed with cheese, ground sausage and other things. Cherry peppers can also be used as a substitute for pimento pepper. "
