Gilead’s Balm is an all-natural skin care company that started making small batches of Balm of Gilead products by hand in 2013. Their purpose was merely to make use of a great ingredient that has largely been overlooked the last few decades, though it was once a cornerstone in the skin care realm: tallow.

To this day, they still craft their balm products by hand, using natural, unprocessed ingredients. The tallow is sourced from grass-fed cows, and is free of antibiotics, hormones and steroids.
