Mucuna pruriens (velvet bean), also known by its shortened name, Mucuna, is a tropical legume native to Africa and Asia that has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to support overall wellness and mental focus.
Zuma’s Liposomal Mucuna is an organic, biodynamic herbal tonic formulated to support cognitive function, balanced mood, and sustained daily vitality. Mucuna naturally contains L-DOPA, a plant compound involved in the body’s normal neurotransmitter activity and overall nervous system function that promotes emotional well-being. The liposomal delivery system brings the mucuna safely through the acidic environment of your digestive system encased inside liposomes, then deposits it directly into your cells.

About Zuma Nutrition:
Zuma Nutrition was created by certified holistic nutritionist Jordan Dorn and master herbalist and integrative health practitioner Richard Helfrich. Both Jordan and Richard had severe health issues that were resolved as a result of using whole herbs, leaves, and bark as complete medicines; this brought them together with one unified obsession – to create purpose-driven, therapeutic-grade formulations that actually work. Most supplement brands are designed in marketing meetings, but Richard built protocols for his private clientele by watching what works – this is the foundation of Zuma's products. Jordan studied under Richard in an eight-year mentorship program and spent more than a decade researching absorption science, biohacking, and longevity. Zuma products are organic & wild-crafted from all across the globe, sourced from wherever the best ingredients are. Every source is rigorously vetted. Many of the ingredients come from regenerative and biodynamic farms and all of their essential oils and hydrosols come exclusively from a Demeter-certified biodynamic farm.
