Farmer’s note: Not sure how to cook one of these cuts? Low and slow is always your friend. You can do a lot with a crock pot or instant pot. I cook most of my meat in the oven on 275-300 for 3+ hours. You can do that in the crock pot too, just bump that cook time to 10-12 hours on low.
