IN SEASON Juicing apples is a combination of seconds from whatever variety of apples are being harvested at that time. When we run the apples through the sorting-packing line and the apples are to small or "ugly" they get sorted as Juicers. Whatever variety of Azure Husbandry apples are for sale at this time will be the variety of the juicer.
Azure keeps its produce at a chilled temperature in order to maximum the freshness and shelf life of the product. In order for customers to enjoy Azure produce for more than a couple of days beyond delivery, it must be kept at a refrigerated temperature at all times until consumption. In addition, do not wash your produce until you are ready to enjoy it. The fruit bowls are lovely but produce will not last out on the counter top.
Note: We do our best to ship quality produce to Alaska and Hawaii, but due to unknown conditions at the barge lines, we cannot guarantee the quality on arrival.
