Belfiore Cheese Feta Cheese Crumble, Mediterranean Style, Organic

Belfiore Cheese Company is one of the few remaining small, family-owned cheese manufacturing operations in the Bay Area. Since 1987 Belfiore has been manufacturing the highest quality products according to traditional recipes and the old-world techniques of cheese making combined with the advantages and efficiencies of modern technologies. A successful synergy between tradition, creativity and innovation. In 2009, Master Cheese Maker, Arcangelo Esposito joined Belfiore bringing 30 years of artisan cheese making experience in Europe and in the United States to the Belfiore Family. Over the past few decades Belfiore has received numerous awards and medals for our cheeses.

Our Mediterranean style Organic Feta is made locally using old world recipe. The perfect balance of pleasantly pungent flavors, creamy texture and lightly salted make this cheese ideal for many uses. Crumble on salads or use as pizza topping, serve as table cheese drizzled with olive oil with your favorite bread or cracker along with olives, or fruits and nuts.
