These pieces of our wild-caught rockfish portions allow us to use more of the fish and waste less. Each pack contains 8 oz of rockfish pieces, carefully frozen, vacuum-sealed and boneless. They are cut into roughly 1-inch by 2-inch strips, making this ideal for fish tacos, chowder, or rice bowls.
