Our Grassmilk Raw Sharp Cheddar Cheese begins with unpasteurized milk from grass-fed cows. Each block is aged for atleast six months, which creates deep, complex flavors. We're proud to say that this vegetarian-friendly cheese has won multiple medals at the International Dairy Competition.
MRNA Vaccine Statement: To the best of our understanding, there currently is no mRNA technology commercially available for use on cattle at this time in the United States. Accordingly, to the best of our knowledge, none of our cooperative's member farms have used any mRNA vaccines within their milk producing livestock.
