Graham crackers’ light sweetness and crisp texture have made them a versatile ingredient for everyday snacks and classic American desserts.
Annie's Honey Graham Crackers are made with a mixture of whole wheat graham flour and organic wheat flour. Graham flour is made by finely grinding the endosperm (the starchy part of the wheat kernel) while separately grinding the bran and germ more coarsely and then recombining all three parts of the wheat kernel into a flour with a coarser texture than most whole wheat flour. This graham flour is then combined with refined organic wheat flour that gives the cracker that lighter, crispier texture.

About Annie’s:
Annie Withey had a theory that businesses could uphold socially conscious values while still being profitable. She put it to the test when she began selling a healthier version of mac & cheese out of the trunk of her car back in 1989, which eventually became the giant Annie’s brand we see in health food stores nationwide. At the time, she had a pet rabbit named Bernie, which her brother drew into the Annie’s logo to symbolize simplicity. Annie’s was sold to General Mills back in 2014 and they run it today.
