Our pear juice is made from organically grown Bartlett pears, a variety prized for its naturally sweet, aromatic flavor and juicy texture. The ripe pears are fresh pressed and immediately frozen for best quality, capturing the delicious character of the seasonal pear harvest.
Because our pears are harvested and pressed only once each year, this is a limited seasonal offering. We produce only what the annual harvest provides, so availability can vary from year to year and quantities are limited.
As a fresh orchard product, you may notice subtle differences in flavor, sweetness, color, or consistency between jugs. These variations are natural and reflect the unique characteristics of the fruit and each year's harvest.

For the best flavor and consistency, thaw the entire gallon completely and mix thoroughly before serving. Natural separation may occur during freezing and thawing, so mixing helps bring the juice back to an even consistency.
Once thawed, keep refrigerated and use within one week for best quality. Because this is a fresh-pressed product, extended storage after thawing may allow natural fermentation to begin, which can create a slightly fizzy or “spritzery” flavor.
