Start brewing your own Kombucha at home with our Herbucha culture, otherwise known as the "SCOBY" or "Symbiotic colony of Baceria and Yeast."These powerful microorganisms convert sugar and tea into several acids, including amino acids, vitamins and enzymes, creating the lightly carbonated and tangy-sweet drink we know as kombucha.
One of our favorite parts about brewing kombucha is the community of brewers sharing their knowledge with each other to create the best possible booch.
